Community

Community: Fostering connectivity and inclusion.

At CDC, every journey is an opportunity to foster mobility, connectivity and inclusion. We adopt a “think local, act local” approach, ensuring we contribute meaningfully to the social fabric of the regions we serve. By engaging with like-minded organisations, we support projects that promote diversity, youth empowerment, leadership, and wellbeing, extending our impact far beyond the road.

Our commitment to social impact is driven by diverse partnerships with sporting, educational, and environmental organisations across Australia. We collaborate with partners like the Western Bulldogs Community Foundation and Western Sydney Wanderers to deliver youth leadership and school education initiatives. Our sustainability partnership with Parks Victoria led to the creation of Australia’s first Dementia Friendly Forest and Sensory Trails, fostering a deeper connections between people and nature while enhancing the health and security of our local neighbourhoods.

A significant priority for CDC is our commitment to First Nations reconciliation. We work closely with the Clontarf and Stars Foundations, and local corporations like Larrakia Nation and Baabayn, to improve education, health, and employment outcomes. From school safety programs to transporting participants to the Elders Olympics, CDC is dedicated to amplifying First Nations voices and building stronger, more inclusive communities for everyone.
