Accessibility

Accessibility: Inclusive transport for everyone.

At CDC, we believe that everyone should be able to travel safely, securely, and with dignity. We are committed to providing inclusive transport solutions that empower independence and support the diverse accessibility needs of the communities we serve across Australia. Our national fleet includes custom-built, low-floor vehicles designed for easy boarding, equipped with priority seating zones and advanced restraint technology to ensure a smooth, protected, and comfortable journey for passengers with mobility requirements.

Beyond our specialised vehicles, we take a proactive approach to passenger confidence through initiatives like our BusAble program in Victoria. This community-focused education program is designed to build travel independence for seniors, people with disabilities, and those from CALD or refugee backgrounds by providing hands-on practice and support. We also support the internationally recognised Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program to make public transport more accessible for people with non-visible disabilities.

Whether you are travelling with a carer, an assistance animal, or require specific boarding assistance, our friendly and highly trained drivers are dedicated to making every journey seamless and accessible for all.
